Remote work · AI · Future of work · Political economy
I study the consequences of the digital transformation for the future of work and the political economy of the digital age. I am particularly interested in the impact of the Big Shift to remote work and the spread of AI, and in how technological change can be managed to benefit organizations, individuals, and society.
I completed my PhD at LMU Munich in 2023, including a one-year research stay at the University of Cambridge.
My research is partly funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft through CRC TRR 190 (project no. 280092119) and has received broad press coverage.
